I have lived in Washington for most of my life and have called Bellingham home since I graduated from Western with a double major in Recreation and Studio Art. After working as a ranger in the Forest Service for a while I returned to WWU as an employee and have enjoyed working to support students for over 30 years. I feel deeply connected to the community here and am grateful for all the students, staff, faculty, and Bellinghamsters I have the privilege to interact with each day. When not at work I enjoy watching and photographing local wildlife, creating art in my studio, and trying new recipes in my kitchen.
